We are pleased to announce the joining of Mr. Tamer Hashem to MEADIS in the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With more than 20 years of professional experience across mall operations, retail management, facility management, project management, and business development, Tamer brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale commercial operations and driving operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Tamer has held several senior positions with leading organizations, including Senior Operations Manager at Landmark Group – Oasis Malls, Project Manager at Aldar Properties, Mall Manager at TMG – Arabisk Mall, and Malls Operation Manager at Sign Developments. His experience covers operational strategy, team leadership, budgeting and cost control, tenant relations, project execution, KPI management, and process optimization.

In his new role as COO, Tamer will have direct oversight of MEADIS’s Retail Department and Operations Department, as well as the company’s Landlord Affairs and relationships with developers. He will work closely with the relevant departments to ensure effective coordination, strong execution, and alignment across all operational and commercial activities.

His role will be instrumental in strengthening MEADIS’s operational framework, enhancing the performance of our retail activities and projects, optimizing processes, and building strong relationships with landlords and developers, ultimately supporting the company’s continued growth and maximizing the value of the assets and projects we manage.

We are confident that Tamer’s extensive experience, leadership capabilities, and strong understanding of retail and commercial operations will add significant value to MEADIS and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.
